Position: Customer Success Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Customer Success Coordinator plays a crucial role in our organization, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, particularly focusing on Emerging Accounts. This position entails overseeing design-related initiatives and providing thorough support throughout the customer journey, from sales to creative services. Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Success, this role is essential in fostering customer satisfaction and success.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and reordering experience for Emerging Accounts.
  • Assist Account Managers in guiding clients through the Creative Services process, serving as a liaison between clients and our Art Team to facilitate effective delivery of our Art Intake process.
  • Offer comprehensive support to assigned clients, addressing everything from order adjustments to problem resolution.
  • Support CRM & ERP data entry and contribute to system functionality testing and enhancements.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by upholding our Core Value #5: Customer Is The Only Boss, escalating issues to leadership or relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Engage with various cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product specifications into effective customer solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Accounting, or Management is preferred, though an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and an understanding of how data analytics can enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building effective client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
  • A background in the Cannabis and/or packaging industry is preferred.
