About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Balance Accountant to join our team at Oceanic Enterprises. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for creating monthly and annual financial statements, preparing material inventories, and ensuring accurate accounting of inventory and current assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate accounting of inventory and current assets, including material inventory, unfinished services, cash, and bank accounts
  • Evaluate and maintain provisions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Compile information for economic and tax auditors
  • Administer the application of our ERP program
  • Provide support to the entire staff with commercial questions and problems
  • Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system
