  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including cash flow, credit, and collection risks.
Systems and Technology
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems and software, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into the accounting operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
