About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume and gross margin
  • Become proficient in Salesforce and utilize it to manage accounts and generate reports
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain positive relationships with top 25 accounts based on volume
  • Assist customers in ordering the best product for their needs

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, accounting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
