Overview

Hattori Hanzo Shears is a leading provider of high-quality scissors to professional hair stylists and barbers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Regional Sales Consultant to join our team.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $150,000, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on performance. Additionally, you will receive a monthly expense allowance of $1,150 and access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

About the Job

As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will work directly with salon and barbershop owners to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions using our products. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • You will spend most of your time on the road, visiting clients and attending industry events.
  • Travel will be limited to occasional overnight trips for company meetings and conferences.

  • A strong sales background and experience working in the beauty or related industries.
