Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Implement care plans and provide direct patient care
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • BLS certification required
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
