About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associate or Bachelor in Nursing
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy to listen and communicate with patients and teammates
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency
Nice to Have
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN, Critical Care Unit (CCU) RN, Emergency Room (ER) RN, or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) RN experience
