Job Title: RN- Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN- Analyst to join our team at South Central Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the implementation and maintenance of our electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support contact for the application's end-users, providing timely and effective resolution to technical issues.
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact other application teams, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Epic (Wisconsin) staff to design, build, and test the system, ensuring it meets the organization's business needs.
  • Develop and implement requested changes to the system, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and Epic (Wisconsin) staff, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives, ensuring timely resolution to technical issues.
  • Work with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives and organization stakeholders to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs, including deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows, attending site visits and integrated sessions.
  • Participate in training and work with end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Troubleshoot problems and questions, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

  • Persevere in difficult situations, overcoming obstacles, and reaching high levels of performance under stressful work situations and time pressures.

Education and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse, required.
  • Two years operating room or procedural nursing experience, required.
  • Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
