Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within 6-12 months of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
