Lead Project Manager for Infrastructure Initiatives

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance our Engineering Services division. This role is pivotal for leadership within the Concord region and offers significant potential for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple municipal and transportation projects while overseeing client relations.
- Direct the Design team, ensuring the effective development and delivery of municipal infrastructure project plans and specifications.
- Formulate and execute budgets, construction estimates, and timelines.
- Facilitate public meetings, including presentations to elected officials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while fulfilling tasks as requested by the Owner.
- Independently coordinate the efforts of engineers and ensure balanced planning throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Oversee staff coordination and workload management to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical leadership to drive business development.
- Engage with the Project Management Team and the Director or Business Unit Leader for project evaluations.
- Participate in compliance reviews with various governing agencies.
- Monitor financial aspects of projects, adjusting team efforts to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Some travel may be necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- California Professional Engineering license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
- Experience in municipal, roadway, sewer, or stormwater projects is essential.
- Strong client management and project oversight skills are required.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while providing guidance and mentorship to design engineers.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with effective time management.
- Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
- Previous experience with an Engineering Consulting firm is preferred.

Salary range: $160K-$185K based on experience.
