We provide 1-2 quality leads daily, allowing you to engage with pre-qualified homeowners who have the budget and are seeking a trustworthy construction partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to client locations across multiple counties, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize sales outcomes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and expand key accounts through effective strategies.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to monitor sales activities and manage client information.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to home improvement sales.
- Oversee construction projects and manage subcontractors.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in outside sales or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the capability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with home improvement sales is a plus.
