Vacation Sales Manager

At Bluegreen Vacations, we value our associates above all else. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in a fun working environment, responsible for staffing, developing, and leading a team of Sales Representatives to engage with potential customers and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate sales associates.
- Deliver one-on-one conversations weekly with each sales associate.
- Develop sales associates for success in their position and future growth.
- Ensure the delivery of the sales pitch and adherence to the Company-approved training program.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and inventory of necessary collateral.
- Review Medallia Package Sales Surveys and respond to Customer Care Agents requests.
- Meet or exceed budgetary responsibilities and accurately track and process payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales or Marketing experience required, with previous Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is helpful.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
