Job Title: Seasonal Virtual Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Virtual Call Center Agent to join our team at Leading Edge Connections. As a key member of our virtual customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers daily
  • Provide customer service with empathy and care
  • Ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
  • 1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service)
  • Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) with webcam
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience with data entry and word processing is required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge
  • Team oriented with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 Monitors/Screens- required for most projects
  • Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus
Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM Central (11 AM-11 PM EST)

Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM Central (1 PM-6 PM EST)

1-week of Training M - F: 8 AM - 4 PM Central (9 AM-5 PM EST)

Seasonal Role: most likely through the Holiday season ending in January
