Dialysis Support Professional Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Dialysis Support Professional to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and support, working closely with experienced clinicians to ensure high-quality treatment and outcomes.

This challenging yet rewarding role demands a unique blend of technical skills, empathy, and effective communication. You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and conducting hemodialysis machine setup.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 per year, taking into account your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from annual raises above industry standards and paid time off accrual based on your most recent dialysis experience.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and hold current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalents). Experienced PCTs should have current BLS/CPR certification. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records will be crucial to your success in this role.
