Schedule and Compensation
This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule, perfect for individuals looking for stability and meaningful patient interaction. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Kenton, TN. Benefits include weekly pay with direct deposit, making it easier for you to manage your finances.
Job Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This includes assisting with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks. You will also be responsible for performing home management tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, and other related duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have an active CNA certification in Tennessee, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. You should also have completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 lbs., sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
