Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, working under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in healthcare and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and comfortable dialysis treatment to patients
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing staff
  • Perform technician duties, including machine setup and maintenance
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
