Job Description
A Nurse Practitioner at Abode Care Partners plays a vital role in providing evidence-based medical care to patients in various settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patient medical needs and developing comprehensive care plans
- Treating chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other health issues
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver interdisciplinary care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An active state NP licensure and current national board certification
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and five or more years of nursing experience, preferably as a nurse practitioner
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills and accountability for daily workflow
