Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Hemodialysis Nurse. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, empowering patients to take control of their treatment plans.
  • Train patients on home hemodialysis techniques, promoting independence and confidence in managing their condition.
  • Maintain accurate records, track patient progress, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nephrology nursing or related field.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
