Marketing Director

Colavita USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, fostering customer retention, and advancing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing programs to support business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Lead the creation and implementation of successful marketing campaigns, including advertising, market research, and technology initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, allocating funds wisely to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with operations teams to provide high-quality collateral, tools, and presentations to support commercial objectives.
- Plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
- Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
- Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter the market.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years' of Marketing Management experience.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients.
- Strong project management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Proficient with the latest marketing tools.
- 5+ years in SEO and SEM.
- Strong skillset in digital marketing reporting and analytics software.
