Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch vehicle repair and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Oil Change Services: Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks, and provide tire care services including installation, repair, and rotation.
  • Fluid Maintenance: Inspect and top off engine fluids, and lubricate frontend parts as needed.
  • Vehicle Movement: Safely move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year or more of experience in basic car care or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Customer-focused attitude, ability to work well in a team environment, and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending. You will be required to exert force occasionally and/or frequently to move objects, and work at a production rate pace.
