Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Sell additional services to clients
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients
- Contact and visit clients to help them better understand company products and services
- Handle queries about company products and services
- Build up detailed knowledge about the company's products
- Plan for and attend trade shows to establish new business
- Provide customer service to business partners
- Educate business partners and end users on company products and services
- Provide proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3-5 years of related medical sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Must have VA (Veterans Affairs) experience
- Experience in the wound care space preferred
- Experience with CRM software a plus
- Experience with using video conferencing software (Microsoft Office Teams, GoToMeeting)
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients
- Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
