We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable about products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests and retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
