Business Development Representative

At Facilities Maintenance Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the multifamily, student housing, and commercial real estate markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and evaluate revenue-generating opportunities in the multifamily, student housing, and commercial real estate markets
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Promote and sell projects and services to prospective customers
- Collaborate with all departments to analyze and develop new revenue-generating opportunities
- Work closely with all departments to align offerings with market demands and opportunities
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales/business development role
- Construction Industry or Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- A strong focus on customer relations
