Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Representative with JM Hunter Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales and business development, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, with experience calling on multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast region as needed.
