Regional Sales Representative

As a Regional Sales Representative with JM Hunter Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales and business development, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, with experience calling on multifamily and residential builders, architects, and distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast region as needed.
