Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Rosina Food Products Inc. in Cheektowaga, NY. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business growth and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights to channel teams to inform business decisions.
  • Create and maintain accurate dashboards and narratives to communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions by supplying data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Utilize industry-leading platforms to gather and analyze data, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Present Rosina's performance metrics to senior management and sales teams, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Support the new product development process by conducting concept and sensory testing, providing analytical insights to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct special projects and provide analytical support to Sales and Marketing teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of market research or analytic experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Advanced abilities in Excel and PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.
Work Environment:
