Job Title: Customer Service Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team at Entergy. As a key member of our customer service function, you will be responsible for performing data analysis and reporting to support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to support external customer meetings, including commercial and industrial middle market customers, new business development customers, and governmental stakeholders.
  • Manage and report on customer service data, products, and services in our CRM program.
  • Maintain and improve overall customer service reporting, perform other extensive reporting and tracking as needed.
  • Support the development of departmental business plans, growth measurements, and reporting.
  • Interface extensively with internal organizations, including operations, billing/customer accounting, EBC, ICO, and others to gather and analyze information.
  • Identify and develop creative solutions to improve the efficiency of workgroup processes and identify data inconsistencies/irregularities to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum experience required: Analyst I (0-2 years), Analyst II (2-4 years), Analyst III (4-6 years), Analyst Sr (6+ years).
  • Familiarity with electric utilities and self-motivated with ability to be a team leader on projects.
  • Strong team player/team-oriented with positive, proactive mindset and strong results orientation.
  • Ability to handle heavy workload, multiple tasks, and prioritize with flexibility needed.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation skills with ability to identify roadblocks and obstacles and efficiently remove them to provide ideal support for the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence and analytical tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (SalesForce).
  • Excellent reporting, analytical, and research skills with ability to interface with all levels of management and various external customers.
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact with a wide-range of people, orally and in writing.
