  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of construction initiatives.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Assist in the daily management of project tasks, including liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track project developments and promptly resolve any challenges or delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and reporting.
  • Aid in the management of project financials and expenditures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related area within the construction field.
  • Experience with new multifamily construction projects is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, timelines, and financial management.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage various tasks concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
