Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our project management team. The successful candidate will assist in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and arranging for the assignment of project employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in planning work schedules and determining manpower levels
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Acquire materials and equipment as needed
  • Compose correspondence and reports as required
  • Identify and resolve potential problems and scheduling difficulties
  • Process administrative tasks, including expense reports and supply requisitions
  • Prepare special reports as requested by supervisors
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing work environments
