Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hodge Industrial. As an Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating and offering customized preventive maintenance memberships to prospective customers, building relationships, and finding ways to provide real value to current and future customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and offer customized preventive maintenance memberships to prospective customers
  • Build relationships and find ways to provide real value to current and future customers
  • Work with outside and inside teams to generate leads and achieve our mission
  • Make phone calls and send texts/emails to schedule appointments
  • Take ownership of our membership program
  • Manage customer experience and expectations
  • Deliver professional presentations to future customers
  • Follow up with customers at a pace that aligns with our core values

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience
  • 1+ years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology with proper training
  • Experience with Google Suite apps (sheets, docs, slides, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
