Business Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our organization as a Sales Representative. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
