About the HR Administrative Assistant position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR department in various personnel-related administrative tasks. As a key member of the Uvation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and a passion for HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Update the HR database with current information and ensure data integrity
- Address employee queries and provide timely support
- Assist in coordinating HR projects and initiatives
- Post new job ads to the company's website and manage job postings
- Prepare reports and analyze data to inform HR decisions
Requirements:
- Experience as a HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with HR programs such as HRMS and HRIS
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
