About the HR Administrative Assistant position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR department in various personnel-related administrative tasks. As a key member of the Uvation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Update the HR database with current information and ensure data integrity
  • Address employee queries and provide timely support
  • Assist in coordinating HR projects and initiatives
  • Post new job ads to the company's website and manage job postings
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to inform HR decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience as a HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with HR programs such as HRMS and HRIS
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
