The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Technical Services division in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plan: Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment.
  • Deliver Consultative Sales Solutions: Provide tailored sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of Built Environment: In-depth knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to articulate complex financial solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Excellent consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow.
