Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics narratives using canvas, responsive designs, advanced story creation, and integrating data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, and linked analysis.
  • Connect data sources to SAP for real-time data feeds.
  • Construct analytics and planning models, along with visualizations featuring charts, tables, maps, filters, dropdown menus, and interactive elements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support business development efforts.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (or WFA certification with a commitment to obtain SAC certification).
  • Certification in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in creating dashboards across various SAP systems (e.g., S/4 HANA, SAC, SuccessFactors) and non-SAP systems (e.g., flat files, other data sources).
  • Participation in at least two implementation projects involving SAP Analytics Cloud or WFA, as well as SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
  • Proficiency in developing models, interactive stories/dashboards, and storyboards utilizing input controls, filters, tables, charts, geo maps, smart data insights, and mobile-enabled dashboards.
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or WFA security concepts, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud security concepts, authorizations, roles, and collaborations.
  • Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and certification in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
  • Experience and certification in SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
  • Familiarity with tools and languages such as R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and the design and implementation of data pipelines for continuous insights delivery.
  • Certification and experience in SAP Workforce Analytics.
  • Experience with SAP platforms, including SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and C/4.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred advanced knowledge of R and Python.
  • Ability to comprehend business requirements through collaboration with data analysts and end-users.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of processes and functional knowledge of technical tools (Data Modeling/Warehousing/Intelligence products like SAP BI/BW, HANA, BW on HANA, BW/4 HANA, DWC; SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Data Factory experiences), Reporting/Visualization (SAC, S/4 multidimensional reporting, BOBJ; familiarity with Power BI, QlikView, Tableau), Data Integration/Streaming (BTP integration suite, SDI/SDA, KAFKA, ODBC/JDBC/DB connect-based integrations), Data Virtualization, Cloud Modeling/Cloud Storage.
  • Experience with Data Lake/Pipeline (Azure, Data Mesh GCP) and data lifecycle management.
  • Preferred experience in hyperscale data platform management.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expertise in transformation and modeling scripts, SQL scripting, CDS modeling/associations/AMDP scripting, embedded analytics, HANA virtual modeling/analytical privileges, service modeling (data-based), and statistical model implementation using APL/DI (preferred).
  • Experience with planning tools: IBP (Order Based Planning/Sales/Financial Planning), SAC-based What-if Analysis/Smart Discovery, predictive/forecast analysis, and configuration & administration capabilities, optimizations & fine-tuning experience.
