Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Donor Center Technician to join our team at Biomat USA. As a Donor Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donor center, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor suitability
  • Interact with donors and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures
  • Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates and ensure all donor screening information is complete
  • Maintain donor confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications, where applicable
