Front Desk Associate

At Dimension Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing room keys as needed.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
- Manage guest accounts, including computing bills, collecting payments, and making change.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Assist with mail and message handling, including transmitting and receiving messages via phone, fax, and switchboard.
- Enforce hotel credit policies and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Take the initiative to greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
- In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned employees, assign work, and ensure proper performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in hospitality, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service.
$19.00 per hour
