Head of Enterprise Sales

This role will lead the development and execution of a high-impact Sales and Partnerships strategy that strengthens WalletConnect's position as the leading SDK provider for wallets and apps, driving measurable adoption and revenue growth. You will identify, build and maintain enterprise level relationships with key partners across gaming, payments, financial services, and web 3 to facilitate the introduction and adoption of our products.
Responsibilities- Manage every aspect of the sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing and ongoing relationship management in partnership with marketing and devrel.
- Build and develop partnerships with infrastructure providers, blockchain foundations and other ecosystem participants.
- Train, develop, manage and mentor a small but mighty team of sales, BD and partnerships people and partner closely with our marketing team to create great content and our developer relations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for our customers.
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including bi-annual company offsites to amazing places around the world.
