As a residential treatment program, we focus on adults who are navigating challenges related to Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our holistic approach emphasizes the restoration of both physiological and nutritional equilibrium, the establishment of healthy eating and exercise habits, the cessation of detrimental behaviors, and the cultivation of motivation and engagement in treatment.

The primary goal of our program is to assist each client in gaining a comprehensive understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its impact on their lives, alongside fostering a personalized appreciation of what is essential for their recovery journey.

Available Shifts:
2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

This role presents an exciting opportunity to advance your career within the mental health and eating disorder treatment field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support clients throughout their recovery process.
- Provide interventions aligned with each client's treatment plan.
- Facilitate the development of healthy relationships among clients and staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and supervision during client meals and snacks.
- Participate in therapeutic groups and enhance clinical skills.
- Conduct rounds and document observations.
- Occasionally transport clients for appointments and activities.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of post-secondary education; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health environment is highly desirable.
- A valid state-issued Driver's License with a clean driving record.
