Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a skilled Clinical Team Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Team Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions by providing person-centered clinical community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine needs for rehabilitative services and provide leadership amongst the team.
  • Direct interventions provided by Team Outreach Workers and oversee treatment interventions in Group Living Environments and Supported Independent Environments.
  • Train and support staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC, or RN licensure in Massachusetts preferred.
  • Clinical experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
