Client Care Specialist

Join a dynamic team at Mixlabrx, a rapidly expanding veterinary compounding pharmacy, as we seek a dedicated Client Care Specialist. We are in search of an individual who is not only customer-oriented but also passionate about delivering tailored support to pet owners and their beloved companions. Our primary focus is ensuring exceptional service for both clients and veterinarians.

This is a full-time hourly position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage communications with clients through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist clients with billing information, scheduling deliveries, and answering medication-related questions.
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding medication refills and additional information needs.
  • Educate clients about Mixlabrx's values, policies, and procedures, while occasionally promoting our services to potential new clients.
  • Collaborate professionally with veterinarians and pharmacy staff to ensure timely prescription fulfillment.
  • Handle inquiries from veterinary practices, providing updates on orders and new prescriptions.
  • Work closely with logistics to coordinate deliveries and maintain smooth operations.
  • Utilize various online platforms to troubleshoot issues, process orders, and track deliveries.
  • Ensure accuracy in creating prescriptions and online orders, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process payments and schedule deliveries based on client preferences.
  • Craft engaging messages for clients and select appropriate items for their orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all client needs are met daily.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role, such as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Experience in veterinary care or a strong interest in the medical field is preferred.
  • Ability to learn basic medication information and recognize when to escalate issues to a pharmacist.
  • Familiarity with medication formulations and regulations is a plus.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Exhibit empathy during challenging conversations and prioritize the needs of pet owners.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new software and platforms is essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A genuine love for pets and their owners is a must.
