Position Overview:

We are in search of a qualified professional to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring that the needs of our clients are met while adhering to all regulatory standards. This role is pivotal in directing all assessment activities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the assessment team, including managing pre-assessment procedures, psychosocial evaluations, and the initial treatment planning process.
  • Engage with referral sources and maintain comprehensive data on service outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, with eligibility as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the mental or behavioral health sector.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Additional Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health issues and knowledge of community resources.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate, and assess service delivery effectively.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and support to all members of the assessment team.
  • Promote innovation and effectively oversee the implementation of new initiatives.
