About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our AI experience design team. As a key member of our design organization, you'll be responsible for defining the design vision and strategy for our AI-powered products.

As a hands-on leader, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive design excellence and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of designers to create innovative and user-centered AI experiences
  • Collaborating with engineering, product management, and research teams to drive design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines
  • Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in experience design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
  • 2+ years of experience in people management and UX leadership
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to drive initiatives and consensus across organizations
  • Experience working with research and experimentation in the design process
