Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to become a vital member of our AOA Sales Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support to our sales personnel, facilitating various sales-related functions, and fostering connections with our prestigious clientele. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive knowledge of the orthodontic sector. The role is primarily office-based and requires a commitment to in-office presence four days a week.

Key Duties:
  • Collaborate closely with your AOA Strategic Accounts Representative and Ormco Field Representatives to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Expand a designated territory of AOA accounts in alignment with your Strategic Accounts Representative and meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives set by the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a select group of Elite customers within your designated area.
  • Qualify and proactively engage with leads sourced by the AOA Communications and Marketing Team.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with office staff during critical phases of the onboarding process.
  • Initiate and execute call campaigns based on focal areas identified by both the General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Engage directly with the AOA Production Team to identify value-based solutions for accounts expressing concerns regarding product quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule to ensure consistent communication with both accounts and the Ormco Sales Team.
  • Manage a new business pipeline to guarantee maximum visibility of high-value prospects.
  • Facilitate or co-host webinars aimed at introducing new products and/or services.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or related role.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic products, terminology, and industry trends is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation Information:

The actual compensation packages consider a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including geographic location, skill sets, relevant education and certifications, depth of experience, performance, and other organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location of the position. At Envista, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
