Logistics Coordinator

Foxconn Wisconsin & FII USA, Inc is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Department, you will be responsible for managing inventories and loss claims with third-party vendors.

• Manage 3PL Warehouse Inventory to ensure continuous supply and minimize stockouts.
• Process and approve invoices, both internal and external, to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
• Communicate effectively with third-party vendors to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage damage/loss claims with responsible parties to ensure timely closure and minimize financial losses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding supply chain issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Review on-hold inventory and implement strategies to reduce stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
• Audit warehouse, freight, and custom invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Request quotations for rework and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates.
• Reconcile inventory and maintain the inventory system daily to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts and variance reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain effective communication between engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely resolution of supply chain issues.
• Take ownership of department and organizational goals by accepting responsibility for your role and exploring opportunities to add value to the position.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Ability to speak Mandarin with reading and writing skills a plus.
• Results-oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
