Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales personnel to achieve sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Oversee the financial performance of the sales department, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to plan and execute sales promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting sales operations.
Requirements
We are looking for a sales manager with at least a year of experience in a dealership sales environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage people and maintain customer satisfaction. A valid state sales license is required.
