Logistics Coordinator

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

• Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspecting packages and labeling materials.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, adhering to GMP and customer specifications.
• Generate and attach necessary documentation to boxes and skids for shipment.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Unload and load trucks as needed, ensuring efficient and safe material handling.
• Confirm accuracy of documentation for parts received from inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our warehouse.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-high school education preferred.
• Valid Fork Truck License within 30 days of hire date.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
• Regularly interact with various types of machine oils, lubricants, silicone, and latex.
