Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system commissioning utilizing Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fundamental HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
  • Load software for system-level controllers and perform basic commissioning and diagnostics from controllers to end devices, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Keep management and relevant stakeholders informed about job progress and any arising issues.
  • Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment.
  • Complete administrative duties, including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
  • Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders upon arrival and prior to leaving the work site.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in mandatory safety training, with a strong emphasis on employee and subcontractor safety.

Additional Information:

  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Depending on location, special licensing may be necessary for the mounting and termination of low voltage devices.

Demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems is essential.
