Our expertise lies in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and process systems, catering to prominent clients across the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial boiler and HVAC systems up to 1000HP.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues in commercial boiler systems, including oil-fired and gas-fired boilers, along with their control systems.
  • Possess a strong understanding of combustion settings for both oil and gas boilers.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on various types and brands of boilers and burners.
  • Work across multiple markets including healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and manufacturing.
  • Manage hydronic, domestic hot water, and steam systems, including high and low-pressure steam systems, DA and feedwater tanks, and pumping systems.
  • Open and close boilers for inspections, clean boiler tubes, and check all safety mechanisms.
  • Document and log temperatures, amperage, and voltage readings on boiler systems.
  • Utilize tablet-based service ticket software effectively.
  • Be available for overtime and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a journeyman license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial boiler operations.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial gas/oil heating services.
  • Background in commercial and/or industrial HVAC replacement.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare facilities.
  • Understanding of control systems and wiring, including parallel positioning.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
