Risk Management Professional

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management & Underwriting Leadership Development Program (RULDP). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in evaluating the risk of insuring potential customers and setting premium rates for insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the risk of insuring potential customers and set premium rates for insurance coverage
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct thorough analysis of insurance policies and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and account management teams
- A comprehensive training program, including instructor-led classroom training, self-study, and on-the-job experiences

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate
- High comfort level with math/numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen with leadership, innovative thinking, and customer-centric mindset
