Position Overview:

  • Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to verify client satisfaction
  • Support data entry tasks and review accounts payable documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods, along with walking, standing, hearing, and seeing
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds
