**Job Summary**

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team. As an Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Discuss Customer Needs: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product and service information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Provide Quotes and Referrals: Offer product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist with Store Accounting: Support the store's accounting and bookkeeping procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Promote Store Sales: Assist in promoting store sales by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and by providing excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Assist with Inventory and Merchandise: Assist with store inventory and merchandise management, including picking up merchandise and parts as required.
